Reminder: Requests for assistance to attend AGM are due by 15 November 2019

Dear AMYAC member

The 2018-19 Annual General Meeting (AGM) for AMYAC. The meeting will be held from Tuesday
26 to Thursday 28 November 2019 at the Greek Orthodox Community Hall, St Nicholas Street,
Coober Pedy. Attached to this letter you will find:

Please be advised that an extra day has been allocated to allow members to discuss issues raised
by some AMYAC members in a notice that was given to the corporation that asked the directors to
call and hold a meeting of the AMYAC members. This extra day for the meeting will be used to
talk about AMYAC’s businesses and investments. An independent facilitator has been engaged to
facilitate each day of meetings.

Documents related to the agenda items, including records related to AMYAC’s businesses and
investments, can be requested by contacting the AMYAC Contact Person.
