All Directors must agree to abide by the Directors Code of Conduct which deals with Behaviour during Meetings, Declarations of Interest, Confidentiality, Breaches of the Directors Code of Conduct at Directors, Advisory Council, Sub-Committee and other meetings.
The Directors Code of Conduct must be signed by every director at the commencement of their term as director and every non-director committee member at the commencement of their appointment as a committee member.
