Funeral Assistance (Members) – Form

Up to $15,000 may be available to provide assistance to the funeral of a AM-YAC Member.  

Funding can be for:

  • Returning the deceased’s body home.
  • Undertaker’s costs.
  • Burial costs.
  • Flowers and casket wreath.
  • Clothes for pallbearers and the deceased’s and family of the deceased.
  • Food for the wake, memorial or sorry camp.
  • Travel costs for immediate family.

Documentation confirming the date and location of the funeral must be provided and all invoices must be provided.

To apply, submit the form.

You will receive a confirmation email when your application has been received.

SERVICE STANDARDS

If your application is consistent with trust policies and budget you can expect approval within three business days.
