NEW!! – The Trust Executive Office are changing their operational hours to assist with processing of requests. From 27th May 2019 Telephone hours will be from 9.30am to 2.00pm Monday to Friday.

The Trust Executive Office would like to remind all members of the following

  • The Trust Executive Office number is 1800 805 756 only.
  • The Trust Executive Office telephone hours are 9.30am – to 2.00p.m. Monday to Friday. Messages left on the answering machine will be checked regularly.
  • The Trust Executive Office requires at least 48 hours’ notice before members need to travel to a medical/dental appointment, but emergencies such as RFDS will be assisted quickly.
  • Membership reminder – when you turn 18 years you will need to apply for membership and be accepted before you are eligible for assistance.
