NEW Community Assistance On-line Application Forms

The application forms to apply for assistance from the AM-YAC Indigenous Community Trust are now online.  

The online application forms can be completed on a PC or smart mobile device, including a new easy way to attach supporting documents.  

The new online application forms will help speed up the application process. The previous format that used pdf documents is still available but will be phased out over time.
